MASO 2026: The 1st International Workshop on Multi-Agent and Agentic Systems in Organizations

 

Abstract:

The emergence of Large Language Models (LLMs) is shifting intelligent systems from isolated autonomous entities toward interconnected networks of specialized AI agents that cooperate to achieve complex goals. Modern organizations are increasingly becoming hybrid ecosystems in which humans collaborate with heterogeneous autonomous agents powered by LLMs, symbolic reasoning, and external services.

MASO 2026 aims to address the theoretical, operational, and governance challenges associated with deploying multi-agent and agentic systems in organizational settings. The workshop will bring together researchers and practitioners from Multi-Agent Systems, Agentic AI, Human–AI Collaboration, Organizational Theory, Information Systems, Trustworthy AI, Privacy, and Ethics. Topics include agent coordination and orchestration, human–agent collaboration, governance and accountability, regulatory compliance, trust and safety, evaluation and benchmarking, and applications of agentic AI in public- and private-sector organizations.
